Michael first started shooting at the tender age of eight; a .410 and a very old cock pheasant. His experience is long and wide ranging, with impeccable references, and he holds strongly that clay and field shooting mix well; both being complementary to the other, with each offering an equally enjoyable experience - albeit in totally different ways.

Michael has considerable experience of:

  • Shooting Tuition & Gun Fitting

  • Game shooting

  • Rough shooting

  • Wildfowling

Other notable points in his shooting career:

  • BASC Council member

  • Assessor for BASC Shotgun Coaches

  • Former CPSA Staff Coach/Tutor

  • Development Officer of the Clay Pigeon Shooting Association (CPSA) 1972-1983
