Sue has been
shooting regularly since the mid 1980s and is a very keen Wildfowler, and clay pigeon
shooter. Sue regularly picks up the trophy as the best lady shooter at many local and
national shooting events, and is especially proud to have won the Ladies Section of the
Police National Clay Pigeon Shooting Championships.
Until September 2003 she was a police officer and the latter part of
this career involved training police officers and civil staff in police
duty and developmental matters including, interviewing and appraisal
skills, interpersonal and counselling skills, human rights legislation, occasional training skills and emergency life support. She has
also assessed trainers in training and assessment skills.
